The Management Academy structure takes between 6-10 individual daily modules and delivers them one a month to your team.

Running an in-house Management Academy

Designing and delivering a full in-house Management Academy is my top level training offer to you.

I gather first hand information about your business and its challenges, get to meet and discuss those issues with your key people and then build you an Acedemy covering a whole range of subjects which target your business and staff needs.

Then, I deliver it - usually one module a month to teams of 12 and it's highly interactive. Typically 8-10 modules.

By taking on the tasks they are set, each team gets to explore its own strengths and develop new skills.

Each task helps the team to understand some complex business idea with a short intro and detailed handbooks. But the key element of each Academy, is the ability of every individual to explore their own potential.

Then - it is time for them to demonstrate that understanding. Together we design and implement real projects within your business. Typically each group will identify savings in process, management, operations exceeding 200-300% of the cost of the entire Academy.
